Summary

Systemic Team Leadership helps leaders lead teams and departments by looking at the systemic influences that effect team performance. Through the strategic re-imagining of the organizational model through exploration of the organization eco-system we look at teams beginning with the person all the way through the external factors that may influence team performance. All participants begin with their own personality preference assessment (MBTI Form M) to understand the personal and interpersonal relations that effect teams and team dynamic. On Day 2, we explore team performance through the systemic lens and how team leaders and managers can better use the systemic view to build a high performing team. The course is taught by master level systemic team coaches with C level executive international experience. The course is part of both the Women’s Leadership Academy 2020 and the Global Business Academy.
