Learning to give constructive feedback that enhances performance is one of the core jobs of a manager, but it is also one of the most difficult ones. Managers often find it is easier to focus on tasks rather than people, but people are the heart of every organization. This workshop helps managers understand the relation between the person and the deliverable task and how to manage performance.

 

Description

This workshop focuses on giving constructive feedback in a “coaching” style of management that encourages accountability in the employee. We touch on the “uncomfortable” aspects of giving performance feedback and help managers learn methods that turn constructive feedback into a performance enhancers.
