Summary:

In every workplace there are smart, talented women going about their work, waiting for someone to discover their brilliance, and rewarding them for it. As good as a person’s work and expertise might be, these are not always enough to gain recognition as an emerging leader. In this session, we will unlock each participant’s strengths and challenges through discovering their preferences that underlay their own leadership style. Using the accredited Myers-Briggs Step II personality test, we will examine how tendencies and preferences affect the styles of communication, presentation, management and much more. The principles of learning to manage successfully means understanding tendencies and preferences not only in oneself, but in others. In this workshop, women will explore the do’s and do not’s to different management styles and will learn how to recognize management preferences in others. We only use the official Myers-Briggs Management tool with accredited Myers-Briggs Certified Trainers; not online copies that are neither balanced nor accredited.
