Workshops, trainings and seminars have a 30-day cancellation policy where no refund will be remitted to the participants should they cancel their participation. The participant may have negotiated with Global Business Therapy s.r.o. to receive a partial credit for a future participation in an event, although this is not guaranteed. Cancellations received prior to 30 days are entitled to a credit or refund, less third party charges. Open certification programs are subject to a 45-day cancellation policy where no refund will be remitted to the participant should they cancel their participation. The participant may have negotiated with Global Business Therapy s.r.o. to receive a partial credit for a future participation in an event. Cancellations received prior to 45 days are entitled to a credit or refund, less third party charges and an administrative charge of five percent. Corporate and in-house workshops, trainings, certifications and seminars are subject to individual contracts with individual terms and conditions. Global Business Therapy s.r.o. holds no guarantee on the content of the workshop, training, certification or seminar other than that the content received is reflected in the description of the workshop, training, certification or seminar and the content presented is relevant to the workshop, training, certification or seminar as advertised. The design, data structure, and deep content of this website, including the description of workshops, trainings, certifications and seminars, constitutes, and falls under intellectual property rights.
