This is a series of 2-hour management development courses for existing and new managers. The training is accompanied by the engagement of employees, bringing with them coffee and sweets (or another drink) to each session. This engagement encourages interaction at the beginning of the session. There are 2 streams, one for existing managers and one for new managers. There is also an executive stream that is focused more on coaching. The models are flexible and exchangeable.
