Our program will introduce managers to the principles and practice of coaching. You will learn the difference between managing, mentoring and coaching and which of these interventions should be used in which situations. You learn how to use an effective four-stage model that will allow you to begin managing in a coaching style right away.

Description

In this certification will have access to expert instructors who are experienced executive coaches with executive international business experience. You will also receive expert and peer feedback as you test your coaching skills in small practice triads: coach – coachee – observer. You will understand better, how to integrate coaching in your management style and as well as how to manage coaching and mentoring circles within your company. You will understand how coaching skills can improve communication, and what it means to develop a coaching style.
