Summary

This course focuses on how one can become a ‘conscious communicator’ through developing self-awareness and the ability to analyze situations & conclusions using selective communication skills. We will focus on the basic skills of listening, asking questions, formulating solutions and ideas and overcoming objections. The course starts with a focus on listening skills and moves to critical communication skills. The course focuses on basic skills used in relation to career development, effective management, and leadership.
