Summary

Managers and employees engage in social media but not in meetings. Pushing for contributions no longer does the trick. In this session we help managers learn how to engage , how to communicate their ideas in short easy ways. We will also help managers understand environments to they know how and when to contribute ideas which create an environment where all choose to engage.

Description

In todays complex environment the basic ability to effectively lead, manage and inspire others is considered as the bare minimum requirement. This means learning to contribute. It is easier for many to contribute on social media than in a work environment, but ideas and contribution are critical. Managers have the responsibility to communicate their ideas but they need to learn how. This practical, hands-on interactive course will help managers understand how to step up and contribute as well as give them tool to get others fully engaged.
