Friday is for Feedback

How to Give and Take Feedback Effectively

Summary

Learning to give constructive feedback that enhances performance is one of the core jobs of a manager, but it is also one of the most difficult. Managers often find it is easier to focus on tasks rather than people, but people are the heart of every organization. This course helps managers understand the relationship between the person and the deliverable task and how to manage feedback and performance.

Description

This course focuses on giving constructive feedback in a “coaching” style of management that encourages accountability in the employee.
