Summary

Trust is a complicated thing; it is difficult to obtain and even harder to keep. It can be gained and lost in an instant. When people think about trust, it is easy for them to define those things that will cause them to lose trust in someone or something. However, when it comes to the change management, trust turns out to be quite precarious in what can cause it to be lost between the manager, company and employee. This course explores how managers can gain trust in their employees.

Description

This course provides the tools to build trust through three key areas: ability, integrity, and benevolence. It explains how to develop and measure organizational trust. We will also discuss the definition of trust violators and how to handle them in a constantly changing work environment.
